After a few years it became increasingly apparent that schools were finding it more difficult to recruit support staff alongside Teachers and Assistants. Schools were turning to non-education specialist agencies for office staff, technicians and caretakers. However, without the specialist education sector knowledge, schools were not always getting staff with the level of checks that all staff in schools should be subject to.
We wanted to address this so decided to start our Leadership and Non-teaching team to make it quicker and easier for all schools to find ALL types of staff with ALL the correct checks in ONE phone call.
You can now phone Classroom Teachers for a teacher, 1:1 assistant, a caretaker, an administrator or a 1:1 tutor, all in one call. You can build rapport with one agency that will get to know your school, so in turn find the right staff for you across the board. All invoices can be from one company to help with administrative tasks too.
Schools can be one of the most rewarding places to work but are very unique, which is why we carefully select our candidates to suit the needs of each school. This way, we ensure we always have the highest calibre of staff.
All Leadership, Office and Non-teaching candidates have prior school or education establishment experience and are checked the same as if they were a teacher or an assistant; a valid DBS, ISA Check (List 99), a minimum of 2 references covering the last 2 years and an Overseas Police Check, if applicable.
